Aagaro Aagaro Geeta Madhuri sings to Abhinava Srinivas' lyrics. This is a fast, loud number, probably the (sigh!) 'Item Number'. There was a time when RP took folk numbers and made them popular songs, Item or no Item. This one doesn't sound appealing in any way. **.5
Emaindo Emo Karthik renders this song about first love and its effects. Balaji Mangu writes the lines making it conversational and praising the girl innovatively. It's a situational song where Karthik sings a stanza all in one breath, but somehow the effect is spoilt by 1980s chorus right after the song starts sounding fun. **.75
Sakhi Priya Cheli Ranjith renders this number with his youthful voice, full of soul as always. Balaji Mangu's lines are about one's love and about separation, and the beats are pacy and full of melancholy. Nothing exceptional, but one of the better songs of the album. Again the chorus at the end is uncalled for-simply spoils the effect of the main playback. **.75
Nuvveleni Nenu RP Special-Nuvvu, Nenu, Lenu, Leka, Leni..mix and match it with a basic tune and put in a little bit of techno/jazz/blues and make 20 different songs. Give one to each producer. Balaji Mangu's lyrics are as good or as routine as any of the other RP Nuvvu-Nenu-Lenu numbers. To give him his due credit, Patnaik is actually good at these soulful compilations, whatever else they may or may not be, they turn out to be easy on the ears and hummable. **.75
Yothie Ediginavadu This starts off like a Harikatha-and ends up being a song about different categories of Girls-as told by Boys. Tippu's subtly mischievous vocals to the total mischief-filled lyrics of Ramajogayya Sastry set a good match. **.75
Ureka Shakamika A girl's laugh starts the number and you dread what is to come-but it is actually the same song that's in Abhilasha starring Chiranjeevi and Radhika. A remix of sorts with rap and what not. Tippu's good. The laugh is overused.
Last Word Still not in full form, RP never claimed to be the musician of our times, but at least was dependable-a couple of soft melodies, one folk-turned-Item song or something similar, one dance number..still not in full form. The compilation is totally average.
