before the movie released so much boom they created for this movie but it dind't have that much in the movie . i expected a lot . first song 123 kantri was the worest coreography i have seen . excellent song but waste wasy of steps with excellent music. worest coreography.so much violence in the movie not at all a story but good twists. His performance was good and the actress was too good in showing all the talent. if any one want to see a movie to enjoy for this month 1.parugu 2.kantri 3. jalsa in my opinion once can enjoy the movie parugu as there was comedy and family entertainer , jalsa was good in second half because of brahmanandam, kantri was not good for family as the story was not at all done justice for the movie.

I dont understand why people compare Jr NTR with Great Megastar.Jr NTR cannot be able to do 50 movies in his entire career.After Simhadri he truggled nearly 3 years for a hit...after 3 years he got an averszge picture-Yamadonga...if again a flop comes to NTR ..he wont be able to get ahit for one more 3years span,that is his ability.Even Balayyah is not able to see atleast average filom from almost 5 years..last hit is Lakshmi Narasimha....first of all they have to prove themselves after they can compare with anybody.....Megastar flop fil collections are always better than Nandamuri family hit pictures.Pavan Kalyan flop film collcted more than hit pictures of NTR and Balayyah...so no comparasions plz......anyway a final word for all Nandamuru fans That your movies will be watched by caste feelinh i.e hardly 5 %(kamma) of andhra population...but Chiru or pavsns movie will be watched by every man..i.e almost 60 % of people.

I am a NTR fan but I am very disappointed with Kantri. I expected a lot. The story is routine and direction is bad. Hansika looks amazing and Ianisha had nothing to do with the film. Only NTR and songs are the saving grace of the film.
as a NTR's fan i didn't expect this type of a crap movie from him. it is totally dissopointing. the same old story with some stylish looks. it is in the same path of Nagarjuna's DON antha baguna alludu notilo adhi ani every thing is good like dances,music,performance,fights,photography,screen play etc etc the main thing story is missing in the movie.
movie may run well in 'C' centres for tanisha's skin show.

It has no resemblence to Pokiri, apart from the fact that both the protagonists are seemingly bad guys in the mafia and NTR's dialogues are kept minimal and his performance mostly subtle.
