It's a simple entertainer with a good message. People can clearly relate themselves to the characters of this movie, especially people working in corporate offices.
Raja, two suggestions - please don't change ur hair style, u look cool in ur original and normal hair style and also if possible lose a little bit of weight like 4-5 kgs, u would look much more fit.

film is very nice. after so many days we got a nice movie to see with family. acting of actor and actress is simply superb.there are no words to say about the taking of director - neelakanta.

Mr.Medhavi is a great relief medicine to recover after watching a horrible movie like "Okka Magadu". Let me tell the whole story-- We watched "Okka Magadu" during festivals with entire family and really spoiled our festive mood and decided not to see any more movies in theaters for another six months. Surprisingly our friends forced us to watch "Mr.Medhavi" and it worked like a medicine to come out the deadly tsunami "Okk Magadu" .
Message to Director YVS Choudhary: Dear Mr. Choudhary, We know you are great fan of "Nandamuri" family. if you want to show your regards/favor/friendliness towards that family, please make some documentary movies and watch yourself and Nandamuri family at home theatre , please, please , please do not make such a stupid movies in the future.... Sorry, MR.YVS CHOUDHARY , PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY MORE MOVIES IN THE FUTURE.
MR.BALAKRISHNA, DO NOT BLAME SOMEONE AFTER THE MOVIE IS BUNDLE. YOU VERY WELL KNOW THE STORY BEFORE MAKING IT.
BOTTOM LINE: YVS and BALAKRISHNA made a movie to make cinegoers fools, but they became real fools at the box office.

The concept is clear, the comedy is hilarious, and it's a decent film for the entire family to watch together. As somebody pointed elsewhere, this movie a good candidate as a case-study in management courses.
However, there are a few minus points:
1. The narration in the first half is a bit slow. He could have trimmed the movie by another 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Suman Shetty's role doesn't add any value to the movie. It seems the director intended to use this character as a means to express the protogonist's feelings and thoughts, but that's really not needed because of the voice over narrative approach he adopted for the same purpose.
3. Like in his earlier films, this film too lacks any visual appeal. Better than Nandanavanam, but could have been much better. It's as if he used cheap camera equipment to keep the budget low.
4. Genelia's make up is horrible in some scenes. Her hair style didn't suit her. Ditto with Sonu Sood's hair style.
Bottom line: This film is leagues ahead of Sekhar Kammula's overhyped and meaningless 'Happy Days' in all aspects. Go and watch it.

this Mr.Medhavi is one of the best movies i have seen. the worst movie i have seen is OKKA MAGADU... thooooooooooo what idiotic movie it is... Babu balayya please retire from movies...it is my humble request.
ITS JUST A NEELAKANTA'S MOVIE & CHILDHOOD GENELIA IS SOO BEAUTIFUL
movie is really very good.firstly which i love the most is the childhood scenes of raja & genelia,which are fantastic.the childhood genelia is just like same as genelia.i don't know,where the director has brought her.she also really very good.for me childhood genelia is more beautiful than genelia.raja action is also very good where he knows his mistake in the end.the only minus point of this movie are songs.
Mr.Medhavi is an excellent script creation with unbelievable Directorial values. Excellent subject narrating Work Ethics and values in the present corporate environment. First half is little boring, but after watching the second half the value for the first half is immensely increased, first half would have been more comedy to balance with the second half story value. Overall it is an excellent movie to be watched by every telugu movie lovers, especially every employe and employer. Go and enjoy and learn....
