'Aaru' Audio Release Function
The audio of 'Aaru', starring Suriya and Trisha, was officially released on 3rd December, 2005 at State Art Gallery, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Suriya released the audio cassette and producer Gemini Kiran received the first copy. Also present on the occasion were Raju Harwani (of Supreme Music), lyricist Chandrabose, music director Devi Sri Prasad and writer Shashank Vennelakanti.
Earlier Gemini TV organised a contest by the name of Hero Surya Huting For Six Beatiful Girls to choose six winners. The music was released in the presence of the winners who were specially invited. Shilpa Chakravarthi anchored the event. Supreme Music has acquired the music rights of the film.
