The platinum disc function of SSC Arts' 'Godavari,' starring Sumanth and Kamalini Mukherjee in lead roles, was held at Kalamandir showroom in Dilsukhnagar on Tuesday, June 6. The platinum disc is an achievement for selling at least one lakh original cassettes. Madhura Entertainmentt is marketing the audio.

Present on the occasion were Sumanth, director Shekhar Kammula, producer GVG Raju, executive producer Anish Kuruvilla, music director KM Radhakrishnan, cinematographer Vijay C. Kumar, PRO Venugopal, Sridhar Reddy (of Madhura Entertainment) and singer Gayathri, amongst others.
