'Jai Chiranjeeva' Audio Release Function
The much-anticipated music of megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Jai Chiranjeeva' was released on November 14th, 2005 at a star-studded function held at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Madhapur, Hyderabad through Aditya Music. Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao and Sridevi Kapoor were the chief guests at the music release.
Chiranjeevi, Sridevi Kapoor, Boney Kapoor, Sameera Reddy, Allu Aravind, Gunasekhar, Chinni Krishna, B Gopal, Paruchuri brothers, Chandrabose, K Vijayabhaskar, Manisharma, KC Sekhar Babu, Maganti Babu, Dharmavarapu, Shyamprasad Reddy, Umesh Gupta (of Aditya Music) and Venumadhav, amongst others, were present on the dias.
Sridevi officially released the audio, while Dasari Narayana Rao received the first unit. Subsequently, Sridevi also released 'Jai Chiranjeeva' branded t-shirts and gave the first t-shirt to ace comedian Venumadhav. Jhansi anchored the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Sridevi said, "I am happy to release the audio. I know the reason behind Chiranjeevi's glamor. Whatever be the situation, he never loses his calmness. And that's the secret of his success too."
Dasari Narayana Rao said, "We are honored by the presence of 'Atiloka Sundari' Sridevi here today. 'Jai Chiranjeeva' has feel-good music by Mani Sharma. I am supremely confident of the film."
Chiranjeevi said, "Sridevi's beauty is not fleeting. She is evergreen. 'Jai Chiranjeeva' songs remind me of 'Indra' and are bound to connect with the audience. Director Vijayabhaskar did a good job."
Made under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies, the film is directed by K Vijayabhaskar and produced by Aswini Dutt and has Bhoomika Chawla and Sameera Reddy playing the female leads. It also stars Arbaaz Khan, brother of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, in an important role.
