Mahanandi Audio Release Function
The music of Sumanth-Srihari-Anushka starrer 'Mahanandi' was officially released on the night of 30th October, 2005 in Hyderabad. Made under the banner of RS Movie Productions, the film is directed by V Samudra, presented by R Srinivas and produced by Anasuya Devi.
Venkatesh, who was the chief guest, released the audio cassette. Prabhas received the first copy. Subsequently, Venkatesh and Prabhas presented a cassette to producer Anasuya Devi.
Speaking on the occasion, Tammareddy Bharadwaja said, "Mahanandi has feel-good music by Kamalakar. All the songs are good and are bound to connect with the audience. I wish the film all success."
Kamalakar, who has scored music for the film, is very confident of its success. Samudra said music director Kamalakar has a good future.
R Srinivas said, "We are releasing the songs on our own label, RS Music. Madhura Entertainment will do the marketing. Both Sumanth and Srihari did well." He further added that Sumanth couldn't make it to the function as he is busy shooting for Sekhar Kammula's 'Godavari'.
Srihari said his role in 'Mahanandi' reminded him of 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana'. Saikiran said he is playing an important role in the film.
