I. Srikanth, who earlier directed Sriramachandrulu (2003), is all set to direct a new movie which is a remake of the Hindi hit Bhagam Bhag.

The film was launched with a muhurat ceremony on Tuesday, August 28th, 2007 at Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. Gemini Kiran switched on the camera while Nukarapu Suryaprakasa Rao gave the clap for the muhurat shot for the film being jointly produced by Palli Kesava Rao and K. Kishore under the banner of Sriramachandrulu Films.

Ravikrishna, Sivaji and Brahmanandam faced the camera for the inaugural shot, which was directed by Tammareddy Bharadwaja.

Kamalini Mukherjee is the heroine. Dialogues by Ramesh Gopi, cinematography by PS Babu, editing by V. Nagi Reddy and art by Vijayakrishna are the other credits.
