The names of actor Nitin and director K Raghavendra Rao, attracted quite a good crowd to the theatres, but only to be disappointed in the end, more because of the lack of clarity in incidents that sustain audience interest. The structure, as such, is comedy oriented and there is quite a bit of exaggeration in every scene, which is an essential ingredient of any comedy. But keeping three characters with identical looks definitely create confusion. Then Nitin is not that experienced actor who can play distinguishing them. One character named Raju, he plays, is a normal looking man. The second he plays is an impersonation of the first, named as Balu. He is given Telangana accent to talk and blue colored contact lenses to wear. Then a third young man comes from Mumbai bearing the name of Munna. Meanwhile the character of Balu is removed. Most of the comedy surrounds these three characters with girls featured opposite them getting confused. Then there is a bit of family sentiment played up towards the end in the family of the hero Raju (Nitin) depicting the way his parents (Tanikella Bharani and Sudha) pour love on the bad man Munna and change his mind from bad to good, so that he can stand by the side of Raju in exposing the misdeeds of the villain gang led by Gopala Rao (Kota Srinivasa Rao).
The story content is little. But confusion is more. Villain Gopala Rao creates an accident to kill Trisha's father Madhava Rao, played by Vizag Prasad. But he escapes death but is admitted into hospital with severe injuries. Madhava Rao and Gopalala Rao are in construction business. They compete with each other in bagging contracts from companies. Gopala Rao works for one Saxena (Satya Prakash) and a Mumbai man named Lala. And there are some more characters on that side played by Ali, Venu Madhav and others. Raju gets support from his friend Babji (Sunil). Trisha appoints Raju in her firm as Manager. But in the next scene she becomes his lover. Then arrives her sister (Rathi), to whom Raju pretends as another man named Balu. For this purpose the director gives him colored contact lenses. She loves Balu. For some time it is hide and seek game among these three characters of Rathi, Trisha and Nitin. Then like in chess game the character of Balu is removed as Trisha checkmated it. Then arrives Munna from Mumbai, a look-alike of Raju. But this man who is an enemy of Raju, suddenly changes into friend after tasting the hospitality and love of Raju's parents. Now Raju and Munna join hands to eliminate their rivals from competition.
All characters behave like comedians. Sunil is extra comedian, as sidekick to the hero. Then there is Brahmanandam and Shakuntala paired as couple having nothing to do in the film. All the artistes in villains' roles look a set of comedians. Though Raghavendra Rao designed the drama as pure entertainment, there is no proper cohesion in narration. Trisha and Rathi have no roles to play. Music by Keeravani is impressive but has no matching dance movements for some of the songs in the film. But for Kota Srinivasa Rao in the opposite camp, none impress. It is a very disappointing drama even when we look at it from humor point of view.
