'Hungama' must have given an idea of retaining everything for the climax part and run the last reel on hilarious lines of situational comedy, to this film too. The 'Sarada' (fun) here appears to be only for one person – Ali. For it is he who triggers a series of problems by bluffing that his boss Raghava (Srikanth) is married and the wife, named as Maya, is a flirt and alcoholic. His friend Prasad (Rajendra Prasad) goes one step ahead and plants a girl Siri (Pranathi) as Srikanth's wife. There is now a park dance show, to prove the girl a flirt, which is watched by Prasad's wife and her trouble shooting maid servant (Jhansi). They suspect Prasad's relations with her. Prasad's marriage is on rocks. But Siri who faked Srikanth's wife, is already in love with one Prem (Siva Balaji). Prem goes to Dubai, after his parents reject his love affair with Siri. Now that he becomes a witness of this dance in the park, just after his return from Dubai to meet his girl, he too mistakes his lover and asks his parents to find another bride for him. Giribabu, his father, contacts his friend AVS and asks him to give his daughter to his son in marriage. But the latter says 'sorry' as his daughter is in deep love with somebody else, after they refused to take her when she was first proposed to Prem.
The rest of the film shows how all these characters face a series of problems and how Raghava from whom the problem got initiated, finally finds a solution forms the crux of the film. To clear all the doubts of all the partners in this love show he invites all the these characters into a fake mobile court. Here he clears all the doubts of all the partners and ends the film on a happy note.
Director Krishna Reddy ran a comedy track in parallel, something like a cat and mouse game, featuring Dharmavarapu as an Inspector chasing a criminal (Sunil), travelling along with him. Gundu Hanumantha Rao and MS Narayana are also there in this police jeep. They too finally land into the mobile court, with Sunil getting the driver's seat. This film opened with a disadvantage of not opening on the scheduled day, but a day later. This had its effect in the dwindling of the audience number. Thus the momentum Krishna Reddy created with his 'Hungama' is lost. The film is filled with seasoned comedians (except heroines). The sequences with Brahmanandam could not elicit good response. Prasad's wife uses Brahmanandam as her fake lover just to tease her husband and goes to the extent of dancing half clad in a pub with Brahmanandam. The concept of this comedy of errors, some how, does not click well.
