Director Priyadarshan, who launched Trisha in Tamil with the Madhavan starrer Lesa Lesa, is now all set to launch her in Bollywood with Khatta Meetha, co-starring Akshay Kumar. Priyadarshan also gave Trisha a compliment after seeing the rushes of the film that not only she had performed well, she was looking beautiful in the film too. It is said that the film is a remake of the Malayalam political satire Vellanakalude Nadu (1988), starring Mohanlal and Shobana. But Trisha denies it and says the director has just taken a line from the film and modernised it. She is confident of making it big at the Bollywood with Khatta Meetha, which is slated for July 23rd.
