A few students who arrived late at the Vignan Jyothi Engineering College test centre on the outskirts of the city were not allowed entry. They returned disappointed. Barring a few incidents like this, the Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) 2010, conducted by JNTU, Hyderabad on behalf of APSCHE, was conducted well.
The preliminary key would be released on June 5th allowing a week's time for objections for the final key. The EAMCET marks would be out between June 15th and 20th, preferably on the 15th. 96.1 per cent of the 3,28,869 candidates, who registed for the engineering entrance examination, appeared for the exam.
